President / CEO / Chairman of the Board Robert L. Mount An effective, passionate, and dynamic leader, Robert has been involved in business development and management in the power industry for 25 years. His background is in electrical engineering, marketing, and sales. He has founded and managed four companies, all of which are still doing business. He has also served on the boards of directors of four significant companies. Robert's prior experience includes consulting in the areas of management and administration, strategic financial planning, marketing, sales, and systems. Past consulting clients include Disney, Novell, Signetics (Phillips), JC Penny, and WordPerfect Corporation. Robert is keenly aware of market opportunities and has a strong propensity towards strategic implementation of ideas and programs. His formal education is in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil) through Brigham Young University and Drexel University. |

CFO / Director Lynn Barney Lynn's financial, corporate and banking experience spans over 30 years. He received both his BA and MBA (with honors) from the University of Utah by 1973. He founded and served as president and CEO of Cottonwood Security Bank, which turned profitable in the third month of operation. Mr. Barney also served as president and CEO of the Ion Laser Technology for eleven years. During his tenure with this public company, Lynn raised over $10 million and moved the company's stock from trading on the over-the-counter pink sheets to the full-list of the American Stock Exchange. As an officer and an advisor, Mr. Barney has assisted several other corporations in becoming both profitable and public. Today, Lynn invests in real estate and high-tech companies, including Power Innovations, with the intent of increasing shareholder value. |

Vice President, Business Development Karen Gudmundson Ms. Gudmundson brings over 25 years of business development and management experience to Power Innovations. Prior to joining the Power Innovations team, Gudmundson founded and was president and CEO of Select Strategies, Inc., an active business consulting and services firm started in 1997. Her prior endeavors involved both the public and private sectors, where her background includes experience as a business strategy consultant, a marketing director, an economic development specialist, and a principal in a proprietary product manufacturing and marketing company. Karen has also been actively involved in the start-up, financing, and growth of numerous successful businesses. Karen completed her graduate studies in Economic Development at the University of Oklahoma. |

Vice President, Operations Edward A. Terris Mr. Terris graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology. Ed began his career in the electronics industry by purchasing electronic components for a major contract manufacturer, where he later became the Director of Operations. He then left the manufacturing side to focus on sales, and became the General Manager for a major national provider of products, services, and solutions to the electronic component and computer product industries. Ed's prior experience also includes law enforcement and emergency services. Ed's more than 20 years of experience in production, marketing, and sales in the electronics industry are valuable assets in his position at Power Innovations. |

Vice President, Sales Ted Beckham Ted brings over 20 years of sales experience to Power Innovations. Prior to joining the Power Innovations team, Mr. Beckham worked as a manufacturers representative, with expertise in selling products and services, such as power quality and energy solutions, equipment for telecommunications, machine vision products, array processors, industrial rugged computer systems, and many other products of a technical nature. Duties included working with manufacturers to develop sales and marketing plans to increase revenues. Mr. Beckham served the medical, utilities, telecom, aerospace, petrochemical, transportation, and oil & gas industries. Previous to entering the sales profession, Ted was a field engineer and service manager for a digital mapping firm and also worked in the semiconductor industry. |

Vice President, Internal Affairs and Strategy Craig Skidmore Craig brings over 20 years of marketing, strategy, financial analysis and organizational development experience to Power Innovations. While working for Data Resources Inc. and Bain & Company, Craig spent over ten years as a management consultant to Fortune 100 companies, most of which was to large U.S. energy companies. He has served as a vice president of marketing and/or chief operations officer for a number of high tech companies, including DuPont, Candle and a few start ups. Craig has a bachelor's degree in physics and a master's in business administration. He is a co-founder and currently serves on the board of the Utah Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors. |

Program Manager Kevin B. Gardner Kevin focuses on all aspects of two Power Innovations products; the PowerHawk™, an emergency mobile power vehicle, and the Auto-Regulated Motion Power System™ (AMPS™). Kevin has over 29 years of experience in the fleet and commercial sales industry, working for General Motors, the Christensen Auto Group, and Harmons, Inc. His achievements include GM Truck Sales Hall of Fame Membership for 15 years, GM Legion of Leaders for 14 years, membership to the National Council of Chevrolet Truck Sales, District Product Specialist for the Western District, and membership in the Society of Automotive Sales Professionals with National Automobile Dealers Association. Kevin studied Architectural Drafting and Engineering and Business Management at Brigham Young University. |

Production Manager Dan Paget Dan oversees Power Innovations' manufacturing operations at corporate headquarters and at production facilities worldwide. Dan joined the Power Innovations team with over 10 years of experience in business management, project management, manufacturing management, warehouse management, and logistical planning. In his career, Dan has worked intensely with Microsoft, Iomega, F-Secure, Qwest Wireless, Convergys, and the Federal Trade Commission on manufacturing and logistical support issues. |

Manufacturing Engineer / Tech Support Robbi Mount Robbi oversees customer service on and off site customer training and document control, IT support, and engineering interface in manufacturing support and installation. Robbi has worked for Power Innovations for seven years. He has an extensive background in electronics, as well an in-depth knowledge of Power Innovations' products. His expertise is in training and instruction. Robbi is currently seeking a degree in civil engineering. |

Engineering Manager David Spencer David directs the overall microprocessor and related control circuit designs that drive Power Innovations products. Specializing in electronics and robotics, Dave has spent over 10 years in the areas of embedded systems programming, analog digital interfacing, communications protocol, and spread spectrum technology. He has worked with such companies as Creative Digital, World Wireless, Powerstream, EICON, and Microphase Inc. |
